-All dogs must be healthy (no contagious conditions), have current vaccination records on file with PDP (including Rabies, DHPP, & Bordetella), and be free of parasites. Monthly flea preventative is strongly recommended.
-All dogs are subject to temperament testing prior to membership approval.
-All dogs within the household must be registered with PDP to enter the park. If you get a new dog, they must be screened and approved prior to visiting the park.
-Dog owners and guests assume all risk when using PDP. This includes any injuries sustained by individuals or dogs. In the event of a dog bite or injury, the owners/handlers must exchange information and phone numbers and report the incident to PDP management.
-Dog owners must remain with their dogs and maintain control over their dogs at all times.
-Dog handlers must be 16 years of age or older. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No strollers, please.
-Limit of 2 dogs per handler at a time.
-Aggressive dogs are strictly forbidden. Any dog showing signs of aggression towards humans or other dogs must be immediately leashed and removed from the park.
-Dogs must remain on-leash until safely inside the double gates.
-Female dogs in heat are prohibited.
-No puppies under 4 months of age.
-For safety reasons, spiked or pronged collars are prohibited and should be removed before entering the park.
-No glass containers, no food, and no smoking allowed in the park.
-If necessary, members may file a formal written complaint about another member or dog. PDP reserves the right to cancel a membership (with or without a refund) at our discretion or if a formal complaint has been issued to that individual by more than one person.
-Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Poop stations are located throughout the park for your convenience.
-Handlers must stop their dog from digging immediately and fill any holes. If you notice any holes near the fences or gates, please notify PDP management.
-Gates must be securely closed when entering and exiting the park.
-No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or motorized vehicles allowed.
-No soliciting allowed.
*Violators of these rules are subject to removal and loss of membership.

Membership with Paradise Dog Park (PDP) applies only to dogs who have been registered with PDP and that meet the health and temperament requirements. These rules are enforced for safety reasons, and so that you and your dog can enjoy the benefits of a private park.
